Isabelle Biglin

My personal journey with yoga began in my adolescence while attending classes at the local YMCA with my mother before school. At the time, it was one of my favorite moments of the week, a chance to simultaneously feel peace and strength.

I am a new teacher, and a life-long learner. As a mental health practitioner, I am incredibly passionate about making safe spaces for individuals facing hardship, wanting to heal wounds, or wanting to simply be themselves.

My classes will go beyond the asanas, and have their roots in Hatha yoga tradition, as this was the focus of my yoga teacher training in Mysuru (Mysore), India. You can expect my classes to be intuitive; some classes may be expansive and others may be gentler, each depending on the energy brought by the students on that day. I will provide space for artful experimentation, curiosity, and connectivity to nature.
