COVID-19 Update

Yoga-Well-Being is holding classes online via Zoom every day. Some classes are also being held at the studio; students can choose whether to come online or in person.

Please sign up for online classes at least thirty minutes in advance to receive the Zoom link for the class

For in person classes register at least three hours in advance and follow these guidelines:

  • Please stay home if you have a cough, cold, fever or any other unusual symptoms, or if you believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19.

  • Wear a mask.

  • Students must bring their own mats and any props they wish to use. No mats/straps/blocks etc. belonging to the studio may be used by students at this time.

  • Keep a distance of at least 6 feet from other people at the studio

  • Students will be asked to take any tissues or mat wipes with them to trash elsewhere.

  • None of the side rooms will be open, not even the kitchen.

  • There will be an additional release form to sign, and we retain the right to turn away anyone we feel should not be there based on the instructor's better judgement.

  • Be aware that you come at your own risk, and YWB is not responsible for your health, COVID-19 or otherwise.
