COVID-19 Update
Yoga-Well-Being is holding classes online via Zoom every day. Most classes are also being held at the studio; students can choose whether to come to those classes online or in person.
Please sign up for online classes at least thirty minutes in advance to receive the Zoom link for the class.
Please sign up at least three hours in advance for in person classes. Students must arrive wearing masks and bring their own mats and any props they wish to use. No mats/straps/blocks etc. belonging to the studio may be used by students at this time. More complete safety guidelines in the following link.

YWB is a community. Our teaching is deeply grounded. YWB healing arts are not inherent to any creed or ethnicity. We also do not exclude any creed or ethnicity. We are a growing and diverse tribe, led by experienced and compassionate instructors teaching a variety of styles.
