Each class offers a sequence of breath-synchronized stretches to build stamina, flexibility, and prevent sports injury. Improve your focus to increase your performance.
Partner Yoga
This workshop is for any two people who are comfortable working closely together. Couples, parents and children, siblings, and friends will all enjoy this time together. Partners use each other for support and resistance and spend time working closely together in comforting poses in which trust and sharing are an integral part. Partners will also participate in relaxing Thai and oil massage. Deep breathing, deep relaxation, deep stretches!

Learn simple and effective techniques to treat sinus infections and to keep the sinuses functioning normally without drugs or allergy treatments.
